No one is going to sue you if you don't have any money. And a successful kickstarter project is not going to make you rich.

Seriously. If you think you are going to get rich doing your Kickstarter project, hire a friend who has some accounting skills to do the math.

Even Scott Wilson did not make much money off of his Kickstarter project. But both of us did get our businesses kickstarted to one day be financially stable and make some profit.

Just relax, know you are about to take many many many big risks, and practice in the mirror to get a good knowing smirk.
